On occasion K-Gloss offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Priority Mail® (1 to 3 days) — $17.05
Priority Mail Express® (Overnight) — $21.18
$10 flat fee per order and $6.75 flat fee per item for all international countries we ship to worldwide

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-8 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Free returns on all US orders only!
All orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded. All orders that are cancelled after 30 days purchase are not eligible for any refund and are final.
Subject to the terms above, all Products can be returned. To return, the item needs to be shipped back. You are responsible for all shipping fees on returns. In the case of a returned item, we offer a replacement product. No store credit will be given for refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
